A Strong Network Marketing Team Has This…
When building a strong network marketing team, be super conscious of the different types of people you want to attract in your organization.
As entrepreneur, we want to build our business fast and sometimes this means ending up with individuals who are damaging or toxic for our organisation…
Below, I have listed some of the personality traits you should look for. Apply some of the simple strategies of attraction marketing and you will attract these very special individuals to you naturally!
Tolerance = Main Character Traits for JV Partners
Having the ability to accept people for who they are and not expect them to be who we want them to be is so important. It is a great quality to look for in a person because of the fact that they will naturally have a way of attracting a diversity of people.
They will make great leaders and a great addition to your network marketing team because they make others feel comfortable with who they are.
Selflessness = Awesome Personality Trait of a Mentor
Those who are giving and generous in nature have the power to make others feel loved, appreciated and special. They are often selfless in their ability to listen so they make awesome leaders.
Those who are self-absorbed tend to do the exact opposite, and therefore fail in their ability to build a team. Selflessness is a quality that seems to be less and less common, but as you make your way in surrounding yourself with selfless people, more will automatically come!
Sensitivity = Great Character Traits of a Team Builder
Those who are sensitive are often thoughtful, appreciative and loving, in a way that makes you feel understood, valued and respected.
So often, we focus on what is important to ourselves that we can forget about those around us.
Associating yourself with people that have a sensitive nature will be a great asset for your team because often, sensitive people are also self-aware, making them mindful of how they affects others with what they do and say. They become a great influence within your network marketing team
Integrity… One More Attractive Quality Trait
Integrity is a characteristic that is especially unique today. You cannot afford to bring a person in your team who would lead others and do what feels good in the moment without necessarily thinking of the consequences. You must be aware that some of these people have the ability to destroy the spirit of your team overnight!
Genuineness ~ Most Likely The Best personality Trait of an Effective Spnsor
Being comfortable in one’s skin and being true to one’s self is one of the most beautiful traits one can possess.
To have a REAL relationship with someone and show him or her how to build a large network marketing team requires honesty.
It requires hearing and giving input or feedback that may not always be popular. It means having the strength to tell it like it is and to not be afraid to face the consequences for doing so.

Great content Nathalie this post is showing real value something many other blogs have lost.
Hey Rich! How great to see you visited my blog…Thanks for the comment… I hope to get to know you and Ace a lot more…You guys are so great! Ciao ~ Nathalie
These are all so true, Nathalie, but I think you hit the nail on the head with the last one.
When you’re comfortable in your skin, know who you are, and honesty is your best policy ~ then the relationships that it takes to build a strong team grow by themselves.

Aloha Natalie, what a sweet and divine post. I feel it has come from within you to place this thoughtful words of wisdom. At times, we do have to be aware of ourselves, in order to give goodness to others. For many good reasons, what comes from within then expresses outward and stays with a person.
I was sharing a conversation with a relative on the phone and mentioned to her that family and friends are forgetting who we are to each other. We treat one another with agenda’s and wanting intentions rather than just a sweet how are you. I for one do like to stay on a friendship terms and treat those as I would like to be treated, with good intentions. Even just to say a simple hello, is good for me. Glad I came by and thanks for sharing. Mahalo, Lani
A great list of necessary qualities in a team member.. I must say that I have seen both sides of the coin here.. You find some great people but you have to sift through til you find the ones that work best for your team. I really like your closing line “It means having the strength to tell it like it is and to not be afraid to face the consequences for doing so.” Too often I back down from the real truth of what needs to be said or known and sometimes that little knowing tap from my leader gets me right back on track… may not like it, but it is what was needed!!
Great cooment Holly and I agree with you that sometimes it can be difficult to tell it like it is…I use to hold back so muc…I know now that by saying what I think is a confirmation that I care…;)
Love what you are saying Lani… To me what comes out is that we need to add the “People Dimension” to our list of deepest values… When it comes to people, we should think in terms of effectiveness and not efficiency..Giving people our TIME so we communicate to deepen a relationship…not to get them interested in something or because it’s on our to do list… Huge difference…
Yes Jacqueline and I feel we so have to work harder on ourselves and know our qualities and accept our weaknesses so we get to understand and love others…
Nathalie,
These are some great values. Tolerance is very important. So is integrity.
I’ve found that the most successful entrepreneurs are ususally the most honest. After all, people want to do business with people they like and trust.
The “snake oil salesmen” usually get weeded out of our industry pretty fast.
Nice blog, and nice post!
